The project comprised of the extension of a grain silo storage facility and office block in Hemswell, Lincolnshire. 13 new silos were erected along with various buildings, an intake pit, dryer and all associated conveyors. There was also a new office block erected with state of the art equipment within its laboratory.
The project was split into two phases, phase 1 needing to be complete by the next harvest which meant the programme was very tight, this included:
