Pilgrim Primary Care Centre, Immingham

Church View Medical Centre, Grimsby

This Project consisted of extensive internal alterations to provide improved standards of accommodation for staff and GPs.

The works were divided into three fronts at the following centres, Pilgrim Primary Care Centre in Immingham, Wheelsby View Health Centre and Church View Health Centre in Grimsby two of which are repeat clients.

The three sites were fully operational so great care was required at all times as public and staff were present in the buildings.

The Wheelsby View Health Centre comprised of a single storey extension, with four GP consulting rooms fully fitted out to the latest HTM (Healthcare Technical Memorandum) two of these being used as GP training facilities.

The works within the existing medical centres included the refurbishment of a number of existing consulting rooms and the integration / extension of the building services, this all being constructed to a tight programme within an operational environment.

We are delighted to have been part of what was a successful project where excellent relationships with staff and client meant the project was very rewarding for those involved.
