Ripley Medical CTR Extension

This Project was initially priced on a much larger scheme but unfortunately due to reduced funding the scheme had to be reduced by half. This was a challenge in its self and Jessops Construction Ltd negotiated the final scheme with the Employers Agent.

The final scheme retained the structural capability for a further storey of accommodation to be added at a later date.

The works comprised of a single storey link corridor to connect the existing building to the new extension. Also included was a new plant room to serve both existing and new along with four GP consulting rooms fully fitted out to the latest HTM (Healthcare Technical Memorandum), two of these being used as GP training facilities.

The works within the existing medical centre included the refurbishment of a number of existing consult rooms and the integration / extension of the building services, this all being constructed to a tight programme within an operational environment.

We are delighted to have been part of what was a successful project delivered on time and on budget.
