Construction of a new 1500 sqm food store and strip out 4 existing retail units to provide a new shell and core for new retail tenants. The retail development was also subject to a new external works scheme, including a 92 space car park and pedestrian zone, which was all required to be carried out whilst keeping areas open to the public and keep existing retailers trading.
