The project provides a temporary show apartment and sales suite for the 144 new build apartments being formed above the retail element of the Shires Shopping Centre extension.
The project was carried out in a very tight timescale as there was only 1 weeks lead in from contract award and to further complicate matters the works were constructed within a live loading bay at the rear of Rackhams department store.
