The scheme is situated within the corner of an operational retail park which was constructed by us in 2016. This new scheme comprised of a block of 3no retail units.

These units have an insulated composite roof panels with a mixture of insulated wall cladding and brickwork.
Our works consisted of the shell works only to allow the individual tenants to carry out the fit out to their own respective specifications.
The units were serviced from a secure concrete service yard.

External hard paving was laid to the front of the units. There was also a limited amount of landscaping.
